Teaching Assistant opportunity in Bury!

Teaching Personnel are proud to be able to offer another Teaching Assistant position on behalf of one of our secondary schools we work very closely with for all their staffing needs. Located in Bury, the school are looking to expand their support team ahead of the upcoming summer examinations to assist the class teacher and support pupils with their learning. This is a full time temporary teaching assistant role, starting as soon a possible until the end of the academic year.

* Full time teaching assistant required in Bury– ASAP
* Assisting the class teacher and supporting identified pupils with their learning
* Earn between �1000 - �1200 per month
* Excellent opportunity for aspiring secondary teachers to gain a variety of experience
* Located in Bury town centre – accessible via the M61 and public transport links

The successful teaching assistant will have the opportunity to influence the learning and development of secondary aged pupils who require additional support with their studies. Your role as teaching assistant is integral to the classroom and is an extremely rewarding role to fulfil as have the opportunity to provide the additional support require to pupils who are struggling to get this in a full class environment.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

* Supporting pupils who struggle to engage and require additional support within their studies
* Opportunity to provide 1:1 tuition to pupils in your subject specialism
* Being a positive learning mentor for pupils and helping them reach their full potential
