Junior Sous Chef- Excellent role in top Kitchen

Our client is recruiting a Junior Sous Chef for their luxury Hotel in Ascot. They are looking for Chef who has experience of working at 2-3AA Rosette standard in a quality kitchen. You will serve meals for fine dining and private parties/functions.

The Role

* Working on the all Section's except Pastry
* Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in each service
* Managing and ordering your own section

Experience

* You will already be working as a Junior Sous or Chef de Partie in a quality hotel, pub or restaurant
* Experience at mimimum 2AA rosette level
* Hold NVQ level qualification or equivalent
* Knowledge of fine dining
