Salary: �18,000 - �20,000 per annum + up to �5,400 commission P/A

Location: Sale, Greater Manchester

Contract Type: Temporary

Hours: Monday-Thursday 9am - 5:30pm and Friday: 9am - 5pm. NO WEEKENDS!

About the Company:

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Taylor Edwards to join our Complaint Processing Team.

As a Claims Management Company dedicated to providing high quality customer service, we are looking for candidates who can help us to continue to achieve this. We specialise in helping people recover mis-sold payment protection insurance and pride ourselves on our high uphold rate. To maintain our success rate, while also providing an excellent customer service to our clients, we are looking for more customer focused and professional customer service advisors to join us and help continue the fantastic service we offer to our highly valued clients, until the end of PPI.

Duties of the Complaint Sales Advisor:

* As a Complaint Sales Advisor, your role is to contact the client in order to inform the client that they had PPI on their account, and to convince them to continue using our services to send a complaint to the lender
* Your role will also include obtaining information from the client regarding the details when they took out their agreement
* You will also have to answer any clients queries regarding our fees and complaint process, making sure that the client has a full and clear understanding of their claim
* You may on occasions be setting up new cases for the client to send out to them

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor:

* Meet and exceed all monthly targets
* Ensure that data protection is constantly adhered to
* Maintaining your personal workloads and spreadsheets, making sure that they are up-to-date, and completed in a timely manner without errors
* You will need the ability to work at a fast pace in order to keep up with the fast pace of the office
* The perfect candidate will have excellent communication skills in order to help us achieve the high standard of customer service which we strive for
* We are looking for someone who is a team player, who can support the team when they need help
* The perfect candidate will need to be keen to gain a thorough understanding of our industry and the practices we follow

Requirements of the Customer Service Advisor:

* You will need a proven track record of high-level, dedicated customer service experience behind you, or be able to demonstrate a willingness and aptitude to learn
* A clear and confident telephone manner
* Always conducting yourself in a professional manner
* You will need to have great listening skills, an understanding attitude and a patient approach
* The perfect person should have the determination to go the extra mile for our customers every day to provide that truly personal service and help make us the best at what we do
