Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for ideal candidates to work in an SEN school in Leamington Spsa. With an ideal start date as the 29th April, this Warwick based school is looking for the right candidate to work as a Learning Mentor in their SEN provision

Your role would entail working on a 1:1/small group basis, supporting the development of learning. You would work closely with teachers, so that you can create exciting tasks and activities on topics the students are studying. Accompanying this you will also take your student on fun, exciting activities which will aid learning and also help their social/emotional development. In this role you will be required to work off site from the school so a car is essential Also having experience of working outside of school with students is preferable. You will need to be able to plan an effective day and timetable around your student, as well as managing health and safety risks and following safeguarding requirements.

This role will work on a full time or supply basis, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm. Term time only.

Successful candidates:

• Relevant experience in SEN and education

• A background in one of the desired fields

• Enthusiastic and engaging • A desire to learn more

• Ideally an NVQ Level 3 or higher in a relevant subject

• Calm and patient manne

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
