We are seeking a Recruitment Administrator with potential to progress to a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our small office team based in Spaldwick, six miles west of Huntingdon.
We are a small family-owned healthcare consultancy offering a personalised national and international recruitment service to Nurses and Allied Health Professionals seeking permanent employment in the UK. We do not supply temporary/locum staff.
This is a village location, as such your own transport would be essential for this role.

Our client base includes established NHS, Independent Sector and British Territory hospitals.
Our candidates are sourced both from the UK and international candidates coming in to the UK, as such any previous international experience would be desirable.

Our attention to detail is highly valued by our clients and candidates - the quality of our business processes distinguishes us from our competitors and is a major factor in our success rate.

Purpose of the role:
To provide outstanding customer service and administration support; taking ownership for the candidate base shortlisted for interview - through to pre-employment compliance and into post.
Dealing with our candidates and clients in an efficient and professional manner.

Key duties associated with the role will include :
- Liaise with candidates and clients on a daily basis to ensure they receive an efficient and professional service.
- Ensuring the candidate management system remains up to date.
- Pre and post interview candidate support.
- Managing offered candidates pre-employment compliance in line with clients requirements, ensuring optimal start dates.

Person requirements :
- Excellent written and spoken English including telephone/video manner.
- Proven success in achieving targets.
- Ability to build good working relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues within a small and informal working environment.
- Excellent organisational and customer service skills with ability to prioritise time and workload.
- An excellent administrator with strong IT skills; with proficiency in Microsoft Word and/or Access.

The successful candidate must:
- Have an interest in healthcare and recruitment with an ambition to progress.
- Have strong administration experience.
- Have the ability to work within a confidential environment.
- Be proactive while being able to effectively manage their workload.
- Work well individually and within a team.
