This 3AAboutique hotel islocated in the heart of the Peak District National Park and is looking for a Chef de Partie to join their award winning team.
The restaurant has been awarded three AA rosettes and serves a delicious fine dining menu, using produce local to the Derbyshire Peak District National Park. Day guests are welcome to dine in the restaurant, with Sunday lunch being a local favourite. For a more informal experience, the bar with its open fire offers a place to meet for lunch, dinner or just for a drink andoffers its own menu of freshly cooked local food.
This role will involve taking control of a section of the kitchen and assisting the more senior chefs when required as well as aiding the development of the junior chefs. It is essential that all applicants to this position are flexible and willing to work hard within a team environment. Most of all the candidate must show real passion for food and be fully committed to the brigade.
Due to the location of the property a driver is essential.

Qualifications/Experience required:
You must have NVQ 1&2 or equivalent and a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a fine dine restaurant that was accredited with a minimum of 2AA Rosettes. It is also necessary that applicants posses a food hygiene certificate.
