A Pastry Chef with good confectioner skills with ambition and highly talented is required for this establishment in Derbyshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to prove yourself and be part of a successful operation. The already accredited and renowned Hotel are looking for someone who is standards driven and can maintain and surpass the reputation it holds.

Contemporary and elegant the restaurant offers a pleasant dining experience. As pastry chef your role will be to help with wedding cakes and a various array of cakes and pastries for the tea rooms.

Qualifications/Experience required:
Must have NVQ level 1&2 or equivalent and a full understanding of food safety and hygiene. Applicants should have worked at least at Pastry Chef level in a rosette accredited establishment and be a solid all rounder. Applicants must be well presented and have strong leadership skills as well as country house hotel background.
