This exceptional award winning country house hotel located in Suffolk is currently looking to recruit a Chef de Partie to strengthen and develop their existing brigade. The hotel is family orientated and is a popular wedding venue.

The role:

Our clients are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join this highly professional brigade. The role will require you to maintain Health and Hygiene standards of the kitchen. You will be expected to assist in the smooth running of the kitchen as well as the production of exceptional cuisine. Your responsibilities will include training junior chefs and managing your own section within the kitchen. You will be reporting to the kitchens Head Chef. This is a very demanding kitchen environment as all the food is freshly prepared using fresh and seasonal produce.

Qualifications/Experience required:

The ideal candidate will be a Demi or Chef de Partie looking for their next challenge. All applicants should have previous experience of working in a similar quality two rosette accredited environment and have a passion for producing cuisine of the highest standards. Previous experience of catering for volume is essential. You must have strong leadership skills and be an excellent team player.
