We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Analyst to join our team based in our Head Office, Leatherhead, Surrey.

Assist Head Office and remote staff with IT issues , incidents, installations, configuration, migrations and ongoing usability and maintenance of system hardware, software and networks

Strong working knowledge with Microsoft Azure

Project management experience

ITIL Certification

Main responsibilities
Assist Head Office and remote staff with problems, incidents, installations, configuration, migrations and ongoing usability and maintenance of system hardware, software and networks
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues by providing phone, deskside and remote support (1st / 2nd line support)
Assist with project based in-house tasks (3rd line support)
Ability to travel to remote sites in England, with driving licence and transport advantageous
Liaise with 3rd party vendors, contractors and service providers

Ideal candidateEssential Skills


3+ years’ experience in computer networks and systems maintenance
2+ years’ experience on current network operating systems
Experience in a customer-facing role with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to meet deadlines and manage stress effectively in high-pressure situations
Understanding of general IT principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience (Directors, Business Stakeholders, Department Heads, etc.)
Robust troubleshooting and strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability
Experience working with:

Office365
Active Directory
Windows Server 2016
Ticket Management systems (Zendesk, ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
Remote access clients such as TeamViewer


Excellent team player skills essential

Experience working with Microsoft Azure

ITIL Certification
