Hartwell are a leading multi-franchise retail motor group in the UK and have been trading successfully for 100 years. Operating 20 franchised dealerships across 10 locations, the company currently represents brands including, Dacia, Fiat, Ford, MG, Renault and SEAT.

Due to continued growth, we now have multiple opportunities for Part Time Customer Service / Live Chat Advisor to join us as part of the team at our dealership in Grimsby. Opportunity of up to 25 hours a week working on a shift pattern, Monday to Friday 6pm to10pm and Saturday and Sundays 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. This role will be home based providing out of dealership working hours coverage.

What will I be responsible for?

Operating as part of our customer service team, the successful Customer Service / Live Chat Advisor will be responsible for responding to customers online requests when they interact with the Hartwell website outside of dealership operating hours, driving positive change within the business. Daily responsibilities will include:

- Answering and processing customer queries.
- Dealing with service booking requests through live chat
- Responding to customer vehicle sales enquiries and booking an appointment for the customer to meet a sales executive or book them a test drive date.
- Manage, respond and log all incoming enquiries and follow up to ensure customer's enquiry was dealt with satisfactorily.
- Follow up on vehicle sales leads to qualify potential customers.
- Transferring live chat requests into Hartwell systems

The ideal Customer Service / Live Chat Advisor will have:

- Proven call centre / customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A clear telephone voice.
- Highly motivated.
- Good time management and the ability to work without supervision.
- The ability to work from home with a strong Wi-Fi connection
- Be computer-literate, although training in specific company software will be given as will the provision of a laptop to work from home.
