Accounts and Operations Administrator We are looking for an accounts / operations administrator to help manage our back office duties whilst we grow as a company. We are a small specialist recruitment company and we need someone who is comfortable managing contractor timesheets and payroll on a weekly basis. We are therefore looking for someone who is happy working in a number of different areas within the business and can help improve our processes. We are a happy for someone to work mostly remotely with a meeting once a week to discuss the status and progress of our back office. Duties involved Responsible for invoicing for both Permanent and contractor placements via our back office timesheet system. Annual turnover £6 million Internal and external payroll and reconciling company accounts Amending contracts for new placements and onboarding of new contractors Helping to ensure we keep debtor days low through efficient communication and relationship management with clients Adding new placements to CRM systems General administration duties We are look If you are interested in this Accounts and Operations Administrator then please apply for immediate consideration.
