Salary: �100-�150 per day

Are you looking for a role in Haslingden, to start in September? If so, then this may be the role for you…A two form entry school in Haslingden have contacted Teaching Personnel in order to supply a temporary full time teacher to work 5 days a week from September until the end of SATs week in April/May 2020. This role is a great opportunity for any experienced Key Stage 2 teacher who is looking to get their face into an Ofsted ‘GOOD’ school in Haslingden. The Head Teacher is looking for a committed practitioner who can work collectively with the parallel Year 6 teacher in order to plan together and ensure the work covered in Maths and English is subsequently fed into Foundation subjects. You must have a track record of raising attainment in Key Stage 2.

The role will include teaching a class of 27 pupils with a high percentage of children not reaching their age related expectations. The main teaching target would be to prepare the children and to raise their attainment leading up towards their SATs. You will need to have good curriculum knowledge and be able to deliver high quality lessons.
