PMP Recruitment are looking to recruit a Customer Care Administrator for our client, a successful building services company based in Cardiff.

The role will initially be four weeks temporary (�9 ph) to a permanent role (�18,000 - �19,000 pa.)

This role would suit a highly organised person with a customer service background.

Duties will include:-

* First point of contact for communication from customers - via telephone and email
* Logging all contact via internal system
* Arranging relevant contractor to attend customer visits
* Ordering materials via internal procurement system
* General administration support

Key skills & Experience:-

* Highly organised
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, pressurised environment
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to prioritise workload
* Experience of customer care within the building industry would be an advantage
