User Support and Training Officer – Tower Hamlets – 6 Month Contract – �22.25 per hour (inside IR35)

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a User Support and Training Officer to deliver a customer focused Social Care IT training and support service for the Social Care users within Children’s Schools and Families(CSF), Adult Health and Wellbeing Directorates(AHWD) and other partner sites with eh service plans and corporate standards.

Your duties and responsibilities will include;

* You will assist in the development of an IT training and support strategy for Social Care systems.
* Cover inductions, core training on IT applications, handholding, non-classroom training, online training and 1st line support.
* Equip the Social care workforce to use IT systems effectively in order to meet business goals.
* Deliver customer focused, scenario and role based, timely training and support in the use of Social Care IT systems.
* Collaborate with staff at levels across the CSF and AHWD, with IT staff, system administrators and users across the council, facilitating workshops, devising options, attending meeting and presenting as required.

To be suitable for this opportunity; the following qualifications or experience is required:

* Working knowledge of Social Care IT systems such as Framework-I & TRIM and/or the ability to rapidly Assimilate new systems.
* Knowledge of learning theories and techniques and how these can be applied when training and supporting adults.
* Knowledge of e-learning and how to deliver successful e-learning.
* Experience of preparing and delivering IT training.
* Experience of support used by various means.
