Perrys Group are seeking talented Contact Centre Advisors at our Burnley branch in our Aftersales Contact Centre and Business Development Centre departments. The centre serves our customers via the phone and other medium by determining requirements: answering enquiries, resolving problems, fulfilling requests, maintaining the databases and systems.

* Shift patterns: We are open 8am - 9pm during the week and work off a rota basis / shift patterns. This will include alternative weekends (Saturday and Sunday included)

What will my new role involve?

As a member of our fast-paced customer service team team, the role of Contact Centre Advisor will involve:

- To personally provide excellent standards of customer service
- Understand and demonstrate tremendous customer care and rapport building
- Display good listening skills to identify customer needs
- Deal with all Telephone, Internet and Manufacturer enquiries
- Confidently make and answer calls in a professional manner whilst adhering to company policies and following best practice
- To actively capture data and input on the relevant Aftersales systems
- Work as part of a team to achieve personal and department objectives
