Do you have previous call centre experience? Have a keen passion for customer service? Are you a team player? If so, we are now recruiting for a Call Centre Operative and need individuals like you!

Our Parts Distribution Centre (PSDC) in Launceston, Cornwall are looking for an enthusiastic Call Centre Operative to assist in parts catalogue location, taking orders and enhancing sales for the department.

Call Centre Operative Responsibilities

- Identifying customer needs and sell relevant automotive parts by means of catalogues and computer stock lists.
- To satisfy and always retain existing customers whilst developing new customer opportunities and working effectively within the team to ensure industry-leading standards of customer care and service.
- Able to meet order deadline.
- Monitor and control outstanding debts, ensure accuracy of invoicing and estimating, be aware of current business processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and service.
- Undertake direct marketing activities and provide telephone assistance to customers where necessary.


Could this be the ideal role for me?

As our ideal Call Centre Operative, you will have a clear and concise telephone voice. You must be reliable, conscientious and hardworking with good attention to detail and a high regard for customer care. Ideally you will have experience of a call centre environment and of the automotive trade. Computer skills, including experience of operating word processing and database packages, email and internet are pre-requisite.
