We now have an excellent opportunity for a Collections Administrator to join our team in St Austell.

The Collections Administrator Role:

Joining our team as a Collections Administrator, you will take full responsibility for the administration of the Collections unit. You will provide administration assistance to all departments within Logistics enabling the efficient and effective operation of the dry and wet waste collection fleet in accordance with company, customer and legislative requirements. Principal responsibilities include:

- Collate and submit information as and when requested including; quarterly waste returns online to the Environment Agency
- Maintain the site noticeboards in line with company standards.
- Contribute to the month end process by collating and submitting information in a timely manner.
- Offer, where necessary, weighbridge support and cover as and when required


The ideal Collections Administrator:

Previous experience in a similar Administration role or environment is essential. You will be Highly organised, accurate and efficient; and you'll be self-motivated with the ability to perform a range of tasks and duties to a high standard. You will also have:

- An understanding of financial accounting methodologies
- Purchase or Sales ledger experience
- Detailed understanding of Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Full driving licence due to the location of the site
