Day to day PE Teacher required - Portsmouth and surrounding areas

Teaching Personnel are experiencing a high demand of PE Teachers for day to day supply bookings in the Portsmouth area. Due to its unique specialism, schools are requesting specifically for teachers trained and experienced in physical education. Weather you are looking for 1 day a week or 5, Teaching Personnel would love to hear from you!

What can you expect your day to look like?

As a supply teacher, you can expect a much shorter day, arriving just before the students and leaving promptly at the end of the day, regaining your work life balance. You'll receive a timetable upon arrival and as a PE specialist, you can expect most of your lessons to be within this department. All of the work will be prepared in advance for you and you'll simply be required to deliver it. During your day you will be expected to adhere to the policies and procedures briefed to you at the beginning of the day and be given a point of contact should you need support. You can be expected to leave on time with the pupils and will not be required to stay to complete additional marking tasks or training.

Do you qualify?

To work with us as a PE supply Teacher you should meet the following criteria:

* Qualified Teacher with QTS
* Recent experience working with KS2-3 pupils
* Week by week flexibility for work
* Good behaviour management
* The ability to work using your initiative

NQTs will also be considered
