My client is a very established franchised dealership who are looking to bring on board a team leader to supervisor the Sales Administration department to ensure the smooth process from vehicle order through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

* To effectively lead the sales support team and all aspect of Sales Support process – New & Used vehicles
* Ensure that the Sales Support Team follow the sales process at all times
* Allocate workload equally between team
* Proactively process orders for a fleet key account, company vehicles and demos from point of order through to delivery including ordering, progressing, invoicing and taxation
* Work with Vehicles Sales Assistant and Sales Prep Co-Ordinator to ensure vehicles are at the correct stage within the process to meet customer delivery expectations
* Accurate forecasting of work in progress, Sales Dashboard and Vehicle Stock Books. Review of WIP on a regular basis and reporting of any issues/slippage to Sales Manager and Sales Support Manager
* Maintenance of Vehicle Stock Books, ensuring that all aspects are maintained correctly and accurately updated in a timely manner in terms of consignments, profits, contingency reporting and invoicing
* Responsible for the overviewing of all contingency claims, and that applications are approved prior to vehicle adoption where possible. To escalate any unauthorised claims to the Sales Support Manager
* Ensure spare keys are correctly stored in the administration office and recorded. Cross-reference monthly stock checks with systems, review dealer transfer activity, accurate location recording
* To produce accurate reports for both the dealership and manufacturer where required
* Ensure that team deal files are completed in a timely manner for review by the Sales Support Manager and ensure they are prepared ready for scanning by the sales support team
* Hold meetings and conduct reviews (with Sales Support Manager when required)
* Point of contact for staff company vehicles – relating to tyres, windscreens and servicing requirements
* Identify staff training needs and discuss with Manager
* Responsible for supervising sickness and holiday planning for sales admin team and referring to Manager where appropriate

Key Requirements

* Must have experience as a vehicle sales administrator/supervisor within a main dealership environment
* Kerridge experience is advantageous
* A keen eye for details
* IT Literate
* Able to supervise and manage a team


Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week.


Starting salary of circa �25,000 basic plus company benefits and incentives.
