An exclusive opportunity to join this highly successful office in Maldon, Essex. The office is looking for a highly tenacious experienced Sales Negotiator. The correct candidate will need to be highly dedicated with a real flair for sales. The ability to have good time management and organisational skills will be important as this is a busy office.

* Registering customers
* Matching requirements to available properties
* Cross-selling additional services offered
* Attending viewings
* Obtaining feedback and negotiating offers
* Assisting with sales progression
* Providing regular Vendor & Buyer contact
* Reporting into the Branch Manager
* Assisting with the growth of the office
* Attending valuations & winning new instructions ( valuation training can be provided if required)


* �16,000 -�18,000 pa basic (depending on experience)
* �26,000 - �30,000 OTE pa
