Are you: An experienced Administrator with strong customer service skills? Looking for a new challenge? Proficient with IT systems including Spreadsheets, email and Word?If your answers are YES, then you may be the person we're looking for!Main responsibilitiesWe are currently looking for experienced Administrators to join a busy, highly motivated team at our West Hallam Fleet site, on a Part Time basis. You will be a contact for all our customers and suppliers, ensuring that you deliver total customer satisfaction and be reactive to all communications. You will be responsible for The processing of customer orders Seeing the sales administration process through from start to finish including marketing Managing and coordinating system updates and fleet movements Maintaining an office support Providing reports and feedback on progress Communicating with suppliers, customers and our sales team, giving vital information.Ideal candidateThe ideal candidate: MUST have previous customer service and admin experience A working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel and Outlook Will have a keen eye for detail with excellent numeracy, customer service and people skills.Motor Industry experience would be a distinct advantage however isn't essential as full training will be provided.
