A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at this Top luxury Hotel in Ascot for a Sous Chef. As part of a talented brigade you will be assist the Executive Head Chef in serving food for the all day Brasserie Restaurant at this luxury venue.

The Role

* Reporting to the Executive Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
* Working in the Modern all day Brasserie kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
* Serving Modern British Menu
* Strong Management skills

The Person

* You will already be a Sous Chef or Strong Jr Sous wanting to step up
* Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
* Have experience of working at 1-2AA rosette kitchen
* Good attention to detail and experience of busy brasserie style restaurant kitchen
* Ambitious and career orientated
