Experienced Family Solicitor (Permanent) - Epsom

In 2017 they opened a second office in Epsom enabling them to offer clients from further afield an approachable service particularly in Surrey. The expert lawyers in the Wimbledon and Epsom offices would be delighted to provide you with friendly, professional and cost - effective legal advice on both your personal and business matters.

My Clients like to be part of the local community in the areas around their offices. They act for, socialise with many local residents and businesses and are involved with local events, associations and charities.

The Role:

Experienced Family Solicitor required by fantastic firm of solicitors.

You will be dealing with a varied caseload of family matters.

The ideal candidate needs to be skilled and talented with the ability to hit the ground running on your own caseload of matters. You will have a sound working knowledge of advising on a variety of family matters.

With excellent academics and the ability to build relationships with both clients and colleagues.

You will ideally be able to play an active role in Business Development and play a supportive role in assisting and developing the family team.

5 years PQE

Experience of managing your own caseload.

Meticulous eye for detail

Excellent IT skills

Your Responsibilities:

Manage a varied caseload.

Control and manage your own caseload

Help to ensure all deadlines and client expectations are met.

Work effectively as team member.

Requirements:

Candidates with a strong background should apply.

We will consider anyone from 5 years PQE

Professional and friendly

Experience of managing a caseload

Strong file and administration experience

Key Skills:

My clients will only consider people with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Accurate spoken English is essential for this role.

Enthusiastic and Approachable

Good IT skills

Competent in MS Office, Word and Excel

Excellent Organisational Skills

Meeting Deadlines

Friendly and professional nature

Manage a varied workload effectively.

Work effectively alone with no supervision

Previous experience in similar role.
