Special educational needs, behaviour specialist - Hounslow - full time - �60 to �75 per day

At Teaching Personnel we work with a number of schools within the Hounslow area, as a partner within the Hounslow education partnership (HEP) we actively work with the majority of schools. By supporting the partnership we aiming to improve the quality of education, ensuring we are providing high quality members of staff to each school. This provides a great range of opportunities for every candidate across a range of schools.

The role?

This is a behavioural specialist role working with a variety of students within the school, providing them with one to one support inside and outside the classroom. You will be supporting students in both KS1 and KS2, creating activities and supporting them through their classroom activities/lessons. You will be required to work closely with students to help manage their behaviour within the class, building relationships with students to help ensure they are safely working within the classroom.

This three form entry school has recently received a 'good' Ofsted rating, gaining recognition for advancing in a variety of areas across the school. The school is based in the heart of Hounslow, actively participating within the local community. The school has recently been appointed a Stonewall school champion, working with a number of different schools to tackle homophobic, bi phobic and trans phobic bullying.Their ethos is focused on inclusion and teaching their students to be kind and conscious in everything they do.
