About the Senior Account Executive role:

Our client is looking for talented full-time Senior Account Executives to support their automotive project team in the day-to-day running of client accounts, and ensuring that our client servicing standards and objectives are met successfully. Our client offers a challenging job and a friendly atmosphere. Successful candidates will work in alongside the Project Managers in a highly motivated, innovative and international team in Oxford.

You should be comfortable with taking responsibility and ownership of assigned client relationships, client reports, and in-depth analysis of data in order to write insightful reports based on traditional and social media content. The analysis and data collated must be accurate and presented to a high and client-ready standard in a timely fashion, adhering to our clients required deadlines. You should also be able to work well as a team bringing with them a proactive and dynamic approach towards enhancing our existing services provided.

The successful candidates would be expected to work 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday. Hours of work will be between 9 am and 6 pm daily, although some flexibility may be given and required.

The responsibilities of the Senior Account Executive:

* Taking responsibility and ownership of client accounts and relationships, with the support and guidance of the Account Manager
* Completing ongoing client-ready tracking reports
* Creating insightful client reports to communicate key qualitative findings
* Statistical analysis of client data
* Communicating with and servicing clients on a day-to-day basis
* Preparing and attending client meetings, creating meeting summaries
* Collaborating with the Account Manager on building project designs and service scopes, as well as setting up research processes
* Assisting in creating proposals for ad-hoc client work
* Communicating effectively internally and externally
* Escalating road blocks to the Account Manager in a timely manner with suggestions for solutions
* Assisting with other projects and tasks when necessary

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive who:

* Is able to demonstrate experience in one of or all of the following fields: Media Analysis, Marketing, Market Research, Communications or PR
* Has experience in building and maintaining successful client relationships in a professional services or research environment
* Is a driven and enthusiastic team player
* Shows a strong client services ethos
* Is a confident communicator
* Has an analytical mindset
* Is confident with data
* Has superb time management and organisational skills
* Is target and deadline driven
* Is proficient in the full Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
* Possesses excellent written and spoken English with in-depth understanding of grammar; additional languages are highly valuable
* Has experience using popular statistics software (e.g. SPSS Stata, R) or analytics and monitoring tools. Exposure to content analysis techniques are beneficial
* Has proven research and analytical skills - possibly as part of a university project/dissertation or other examples of workplace experience
