Junior Sous Chef - Excellent new role in Local Hotel & Restaurant

Junior Sous Chef - Our client is a superb country hotel & restaurant in Norfolk, who is recruiting a Junior Sous Chef with experience of working with fresh food. You will work with all fresh local produce to produce a Modern British Menu with Classic dishes and daily specials to large numbers of guests.

Job Description

Prepare fresh cooked meals using locally sourced produce
Managing and ordering for your section
Supervising Junior Chef and KP's

The Person

Ideally qualified to NVQ Level 2
Already working as a Sous or Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen environment
Good attention to detail
Confident & Enthusiastic
Steady work history
