We support people with a variety of needs, these can include Learning disabilities, mental health, alcohol related issues, dementia and Autism to name a few.

The Support Practitioner Role

Some of the duties you can expect to do are going socialising with someone, supporting people to appointments, going swimming, helping with medication and more.

One day you could be supporting one person and then another you could be supporting several, no 2 days are the same.

Each person we support is unique so each support role will be different to the next, giving you the chance to really make a difference in that individuals life.

Requirements for the Support Practitioner Role

Previous experience is great but a full training program is offered to everyone who joins The Richmond Fellowship Scotland, so even if this is a new career path for you, we would love to meet you.
