The national Learning & Development team designs and delivers all regulatory and statutory learning for the organisation as well as supporting staff through SVQs, providing individual, team and management development opportunities and responding to the needs of stakeholders.

The Regional Learning and Development Manager Role
The Regional Learning & Development Manager will have responsibility for: a) managing their own team's delivery and practice b) working with area stakeholders to meet the development needs of their region c) contributing to national learning & development activity and d) designing and developing innovative learning solutions including blended learning.

The role we are recruiting for requires a high level of commitment along with the ability to manage competing demands, from both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements for the Regional Learning and Development Manager Role

* Qualifications - Must hold or be prepared to secure an appropriate L&D qualification.
* To evidence resource management experience
* To evidence stakeholder management experience
* To evidence experience of designing and delivering diverse training programmes
