Following the merger of Care Management Group and The Regard Partnership, we have an exciting opportunity for a Leadership and Management Trainer to join our Head Office team based in Leatherhead, Surrey.

Main responsibilitiesThe purpose of the role is to develop the skills of leaders at all levels across the organisation so that they empower and coach their staff to achieve their full potential and create a culture of excellence in their services.

To create succession planning programmes so that key talent is developed and retained within the organisation.

To design soft skills courses in relevant areas to help staff support the people living in our services more effectively. 

To keep up to date with latest leadership theory and share best practice with managers across the organisation.
Ideal candidateYou will have an in depth knowledge of management and leadership theories, best practice training techniques and succession planning, and hold relevant management and training/coaching qualifications.

Qualification in a range of psychometric tools is also desirable.
