The client; is a leading food manufacturer

They have a need for and professional with strong MS, reporting and data correlation skills. Supporting the UK HR department, this is a highly administrative/ data driven/ coordination role. Initially a 6 months contract with the possibility of extending

Key responsibilities are;

* High volumes of data entry (70% approx.)

* Payroll administration including; inputting payroll information onto the 'Success Factors' system-needs, checking payroll info, following up payroll sign off and staff pay changes

* Use of excel – updating multiple spreadsheets, manipulating data, formula’s V-lookups

* Analysing/ cleansing data

* Producing reports such as head count reports, costs centre reports, finance reports, general HR reports etc

* General support, coordination, administration and follow up

* Providing stakeholders with a first-class HR service

* Liaising with stakeholders throughout the world to obtain information

* Filing including checking files for compliance purposes. GDPR compliance

Skills & qualifications

* Proven attention to detail / high accurate

* Payroll/ HR Admin experience

* Happy with large volumes of varied data admin/ entry

* Proven communication, organization, prioritization, and time management skills

* Experience of picking things up quickly/ learning quickly

* Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office packages; WORD, EXCEL & POWERPOINT
