This is a permanent role and as part of the administration team, you will provide high quality support to the recruitment consultants and assist in being a first point of telephone contact for candidates and clients. You must have the ability to communicate at all levels; both by telephone and by email.

Key duties and responsibilities

* Daily duties include registering new candidates onto the database, advertising jobs online, managing applications, typing of CV's
* Providing a high level of service to existing clients and workers
* Maintaining accurate candidate and client records in line with company and legislative requirements
* Following company processes in all tasks; through all systems and software’s

* Accuracy in data entry
* Attention to detail in all tasks
* Efficiency and effective prioritisation of tasks
* Candidate, client and consultant satisfaction

Person Specification (ESSENTIAL)

* Excellent communication skills and a cheerful, confident telephone manner
* Resilient and able to work effectively under pressure with the ability to maintain productivity in the face of disruptions such as telephone calls and queries from colleagues.
* Working knowledge of outlook, word and excel
* High attention to detail and excellent data entry skills

Previous experience in a Recruitment or HR administrative role would be advantageous.
