Job Title: Customer Support / Sales Advisor
Basic salary: circa £18,000 + commision
Location: Birstall - Leeds

Our client is an innovative vending company, one of the largest independent national operators in the UK with ambitious growth plans.  They are also known for looking after their employees, developing and stretching them as individuals, whilst enjoying the working experience.
This role will appeal to someone who has the desire and the ambition to be successful in a business to business customer care and up selling environment, the rewards package includes uncapped commission with excellent earning potential.

Job summary

You will be calling existing customers to promote our clients full range of consumable products. Their main product lines include Flavia, Coffee Beans, Soluble Products, Ancillaries and Snacks. You will work within a team, working towards a team target based on gross profit. The achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual targets will earn commission. Upselling new lines and working on building strong relationships with customers.  Your calls will be a mixture of inbound and outbound calls.
 
Responsibilities

- Strategically approach and convert opportunities for wholesale supply with existing clients.
- Manage activity and reporting.
- Proactively contact existing customers to up sell consumables.
- Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts for additional machines and wholesale.
- Manage sales process from taking order to customer receiving goods.
- Problem solve for customers who have not received goods.
- Contact customers on a pre-planned professional, and efficiently managed schedule to develop their perceived confidence.
- Ensure flexibility to be able to re-act to customer’s needs on problem sites within 24 hours.
- Maintain all customer contact details/data on ProspectSoft in full, on time and accurately, as required by the Company
- All administration to be completed in a timely fashion, and in full, as required by the Company

Personal specification

- Strong Customer Service experience, either face to face or over the telephone
- Numerate and Literate
- Comfortable with up selling and a strong ability to communicate on the telephone effectively
- Excellent commercial understanding
- IT Literate with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills 
- Good problem solving skills
- Self-motivated
- Ability to develop working relationships with all external stakeholders
- Ability to develop positive internal working relationships
- Team player

Hours of work and benefits

- 37.5 hours per week
- You will be contracted to work 5 days out of 6, Monday to Saturday between the hours of 8am and 6pm (however, at present the company only operate Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm)
- 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
