Customer Support Executive - Leeds

Would you like to work in an environment that is fast moving, challenging and deadline

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with a proven track record in a customer
based environment to support out successful advertising team based in Leeds.

What will you be doing?
You will be required to support our field sales reps whilst they are visiting our local customers
and also national advertisers,

What do you need?
Strong system skills are a must, accompanied with the ability to multi-task by processing advertisements,
speaking to customers, both internal and external, ensuring all advertisements are booked with complete
accuracy and appear within our newspapers and online.
An excellent telephone manner is also required to be able to speak to all customers, identifying any
opportunities and additional needs, to be able to maximise on their advertising to its full potential.
