A larger than the average-sized primary school in central Bradford are looking for an Early Years Teacher to start in September. The school is a happy, friendly environment where children enjoy going. The school believes firmly in encouraging their pupils to embrace life-long learning and approach this in a variety of ways, engaging their pupils in making learning meaningful and exciting.

As the ideal candidate you will have the qualifications and desired skills listed below:

* Have qualified teacher status.
* Previous experience of teaching in Early Years
* The knowledge and understanding of current theory and best practice in learning and teaching, particularly as this relates to high achievement and attainment.
* Understanding of a diverse range of teaching and learning styles and techniques.
* Good understanding of effective procedures for managing and promoting positive behaviour among pupils.
* Clear understanding of data analysis and the important impact this can have on achievement and attainment.
