What you will do
We supply and maintain Fire Suppression equipment including Sprinkler systems, Extinguishers and Fire Doors to clients all around the world.
The Key Accounts Co-ordinator is responsible for dispatching and scheduling work orders as well as all associated administrative duties for some of our Key Account clients across the UK.

How you will do it
You will utilize technical applications such as customer service systems, field service systems and customer information systems to ensure that we are delivering an outstanding service to our Key Account customers. The Key Accounts Co-ordinator will form part of a dedicated team who act as the first line of contact for our Key Account customers.
Responsibilities will include scheduling planned maintenance of our products on site, dispatching reactive calls, new contract setup/renewal/cancellations, invoicing, purchase order management and ownership of customer communication.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Able to establish priorities
Able to work both independently and as part of a team to agreed processes, targets and timelines
Able to work under pressure
Computer literate and working knowledge of Microsoft office packages
Excellent listening skills with the ability to analyse and problem solve
Proven experience within a Customer Service, Administrative or Order Processing role
Experienced in using salesforce/servicemax
Fire industry knowledge
