Support Analyst – Senior / Team lead role – with experience of supporting customers across SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, Business Intelligence & EM+S Security, is required for a leading organisation based in central Newcastle.

Working within the IT & customer support function for a leading IT consultancy & services provider, the Senior Support Analyst will be responsible for heading up and spear heading the helpdesk support team which specialises in providing support to the company’s customer base. The practice areas cover collaboration (SharePoint), Dynamics CRM, Business Intelligence and Insight and EM+S Security. The role will involve both overseeing the team, covering operational and commercial management, as well as some technical hands on customer support.

This would opportunity would suit a Senior Support Analyst willing to step up into a Team Lead role.

This position will offer career progression opportunities as the team and company continues to grow.

Required Skills:
- Experience as a Senior Support Analyst / Helpdesk Team Leader / Helpdesk Supervisor
- Good experience supporting SharePoint, Dynamics CRM and Business Intelligence systems
- Experience of operational management and technical hands on support
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management experience

This position would suit Senior Support Analyst / Helpdesk Team Leader / Helpdesk Supervisor / Support Team Leader / Support Supervisor, who has strong experience of supporting systems including SharePoint, Dynamics CRM and Business Intelligence software.

This Senior Support Analyst position is looking to start ASAP, will be based in central Newcastle, paying from �30,000 - �40,000, depending upon background and experience.
