Are you an Electronics Team Leader with satellite & spacecraft experience looking for a progressive role in a satellite start-up company that has received $65m financing to date? Do you want to work with a team of experts from 25 countries across the world in building a large satellite constellation? Do you want to be part of the Engineering team in a company that is innovative, driven and that strive for excellence in everything that they do?

As an Electronics Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers that is in charge of specifying, developing, manufacturing and testing of cutting-edge electronic systems for spacecraft. You will get the chance to develop reliable power and high-speed digital electronics systems. You will work closely with our software, FPGA and radio engineers. You will work daily with 6 other engineering team leaders and a project manager.
Our client our looking for this candidate to be based in Finland.

REQUIREMENTS
Who you are
• As an Electronics Team Lead you get to define the way our client design electronics. You will be designing, prototyping, and testing high-reliability power and embedded control systems. You will identify design and system requirements and lead a team of electronics engineers
• You have a B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable. You have multiple years of experience in designing complex electrical power systems or embedded control systems. You have experience in leading teams and large projects
• You have insights into high-speed digital and/or analog PCB design techniques, circuit simulation tools, microcontrollers, and FPGAs
• You have technical fluency in English
