We are looking to appoint an Assistant Director for our Commercial Services team. This is a pivotal role and a fantastic opportunity to lead, develop, and promote new construction, repairs and maintenance business opportunities for the Company. 
You will be committed to winning, developing and managing new business and have proven experience developing partnership working. Your ambassadorial approach will promote our commitment for excellent customer services throughout our business.
You will be a supportive leader who will have a multi skilled team to win new business and deliver projects to successful completion on time and on budget.
We are in a time of significant business growth, so your management skills will be put to good use developing the service, both strategically and operationally. On a day-to-day basis, you will ensure we are delivering first class construction, repairs and maintenance services with premium on cost control, project management and effective management of health and safety on site.
Your commercial acumen and understanding of quantity surveying, tendering, bid writing, financial business modelling and project management within a property services environment will all support you in achieving success within this position. Having clear and confident communication skills, with a flexible approach to problem solving and providing excellent value for money solutions, will be key to your success.
Ideally, you will hold a relevant professional qualification, but more importantly good commercial experience within a similar role and sharing our values is something we as a business do prioritise.
