Residential Conveyancing Property Lawyer - Full or Part Time - Andover

The Role:

Are you looking for the opportunity to work with an exciting and progressive firm which continues to grow? We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated lawyer to join our increasingly busy CQS accredited residential property team.

The successful Residential Conveyancing Property Lawyer will have at least 3 years' experience of residential conveyancing work, a thorough understanding of conveyancing law, be a great team player, great communicator and the ability to work under pressure and achieve strong billings.

The positions will be based in either our clients' Andover office.

The job is suitable for a residential property lawyer this with a minimum of 3 years PQE or equivalent.

Our clients' conveyancing is good quality work- they don't buy in cheap residential conveyancing. Clients go to our client because they are good at what they do.

Overall you will be part of a 22 strong property team.

The job is available on either a full-time or part-time basis. Full-time is preferable.

Our client offers flexible working if required - many of their lawyers routinely work from home, for example. They are more concerned with output than input - whattheye are really looking for is quality work, highly satisfied clients and great billing.

The salary is market rate - dependent on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience
