The Job; in short:

You're going to be selling to the US market in a mix of cold and warm leads. From the beginning of the process (cold calling) to the closing part, you will be involved in all aspects of the sales cycle. If you're a fast learner and work hard, you can make a lot in commission.

The Company; in short:

They're young (ish), ambitious, outgoing and very, very sociable.

They help businesses generate more revenue by increasing inbound phone calls and speeding up response times. 50% of people who trial it sign up and nobody leaves.

You; in full:

You're confident, smart and organised... but not boring, never boring.

You can't be afraid of getting on the phone and making noise in the office, you're a hard worker who has tenacity and enthusiasm for; 1. making money and 2. seeing a business grow because of what you have done. You don't need to care about tech but you do need to have a passion for being successful, your role is going to have a lot of scope for growth and if you're good, you could be making a lot of money, as well as having your own team under you in the not-too-distant future. You need to be able to think on your feet without getting flustered and must have a lot of ambition.

You're sociable, outgoing and don't shy away from a good night out if one is on the cards.

If you've got outbound telesales experience then great, but that's not a deal breaker.

The sales team is tenacious, far from workshy, and genuinely like each other. We're looking for people we want to spend time with outside the office.

You have outbound US sales experience and a proven track record in closing deals.
