We have an opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join our team on a temporary basis to assist with recruitment whilst our two companies merge our processes and systems.

This is initially a temporary role based in Kingston upon Thames for a period of 2-3 months, although at some point during the term our office may be moving to Leatherhead, Surrey.
Package description 

Main responsibilitiesWe are seeking temporary assistance for our recruitment team currently based in Kingston upon Thames.  The work will involve posting vacancies on our ATS, screening CVs and liaising with candidates and hiring managers, arranging interviews etc.

We are in the process of merging our two companies (Care Management Group and The Regard Partnership), and this assistance is required whilst we align our systems and processes over the coming months.
Ideal candidateYou will be an experienced recruiter, ideally in a social care setting, and be able to "hit the ground running" to provide recruitment support to our Kingston team whilst we move forward with our merger.
