The Company

We are working with a well-established commercial vehicle company who due to expansion are now looking to bring on board an additional Warranty & Contracts Claims Administrator to their busy Bristol operation.

Warranty & Contracts Claims Administrator

Salary: �22,000 - �28,000

Location: Bristol

The Role

* Monitor and Liaise with Admin Manager on monthly targets.
* Invoice warranty & contract claims received.
* Process and chase outstanding contract & warranty claim.
* Submit approval information.
* Maintain vehicle service history records.
* Various other adhoc duties to enable the department to run efficiently.

Skills & Experience

The successful applicant should have the following experience

* Invoicing experience from within the automotive trade (ideally commercial vehicle)
* Experience with warranty and contract maintenance processes would be preferable
* A previous role in a commercial vehicle administration department would be advantageous
* Good technical understanding of commercial vehicles
* Good communication skills
* Has a logical and well-organised approach
* Able to work well under pressure
* Work well on own initiative and in a team
* Pride in completing tasks quickly and correctly

Hours

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week with a flexible start time of either 8 am or 9 am.
