Main ResponsibilitiesThe Customer Outcome and Quality Assurance Consultant role is as varied as it is challenging. Being responsible for assessing the quality of all operational areas and providing timely feedback on the results to Leaders within Operations and Senior Leaders within the Society.  The role will include building strong and lasting relationships with stakeholders championing the customers experience with us, always looking for ways to improve whilst effectively managing risk appetite. ou contribute to the control environment as part of the first line of defence within our ???3 lines of defence??? model for managing Regulatory, Conduct Risk and operational quality.
