Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting graduates (English, Maths, Science, Humanities and MFL) ahead of September 2019 who are considering a career in secondary teaching, to join our Future Teachers Programme.

In summary, this programme allows graduates to gain the necessary teaching assistant experience required to be confident and successful when you do decide to begin your teacher training!

How does the Future Teachers Programme work?

Our Future Teachers Programme involves working as a teaching assistant for up to 12 months (starting September 2019) with one of our fantastic client secondary schools in South Manchester, prior to beginning your teacher training programme in September 2020 at the same secondary school!

* Full time Teaching Assistant role for 12 months – Followed by the opportunity to complete your teacher training with the same school - SCITT
