Banqueting Chef De Partie required at 5 Red Star / Rosette Establishment in Buckinghamshire
This exceptional High End awarding wining Hotel is looking for a passionate and hard working Banqueting Chef De Partie with a thirst for the industry to join their talented kitchen brigade in the beautiful Buckinghamshire countryside.
This establishment boasts a fine dining restaurant, modern brassiere and beautiful terrace for enjoying afternoon tea. The hotel also has facilities for conference and banqueting. This is a great opportunity to work in a world class kitchen with inspiring and professional chefs at the top of their game.
Our Client offers luxury 5 star standard accommodation with 40+ exquisite bedrooms open to members and non-members alike and boasts the finest in interior design and comfort. The hotel offers various dining options including a 3 AA Rosette Restaurant serving modern British cuisine with a twist, the relaxed yet elegant Lounge and the Brassiere.
AsBanqueting Chef De Partie you will be preparing top class cuisine/dishes to the highest of standards using only fresh localingredients and assisting the Head Chef andSous Chef in overseeing the Banqueting Kitchen, ensuring the freshness of the ingredients and that the Mis En Place is ready for service. Previous experience in a Rosette venue would be an advantage.

Requirements for this Chef de Partie position:-

- NVQ Level 1 and 2 or Equivalent
- Food Hygiene Certifications
- Good written and spoken English
- A flexible attitude
- Restaurant or Hotel Background
- Good Communication skills
- Good Team Player
- A real passion for the Industry & and eye for detail
- Good knowledge of cooking techniques and styles
