National Neurological Services located in Preston, support those affected by Acquired Brain Injury and Progressive Neurological Conditions.

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Support Worker to join our team. Experience in Social Care is essential. Must be able to work a flexible work pattern including alternate weekends and complete required physical and digital documentation where required. Ideal candidates will have, or will be working towards a QCF Level 2, or equivalent, in Health & Social care / Care Certificate and willing to undertake further study in support to your role.

The Support Worker Role:

As a Support Worker, you will play an active and pivotal role in supporting young adults with acquired brain injuries or neurological disorders throughout their day to day activities and social activities, all with the aim of providing as much independence as possible.
