September start date for a teacher with experience working in ICT or Computing classes at key stage 3 to 5

A school Catholic in Kingston are looking to hire a Computing teacher in September to work on a full time basis. The ideal candidate should have teaching qualifications, a PGCE or QTS, and experience teaching in Secondary schools.

The position will begin in September with trials and interviews being held in the next two weeks. This outstanding school are looking to fill full time positions for candidates looking for long term roles, till the end of the academic year.

Computing Teacher Required

Details about the role are below:

* Require UK recognised teaching qualifications (e.g. QTS, PGCE, BEd)
* Experience teaching ICT, Computing or Computer Science at Secondary school at KS3 to 5 level
* The school is rated “outstanding” by Ofsted stating the modern facilities enable teachers to implement a innovative curriculum
* Pay ranges from �140 - �230 a day depending on experience and qualifications
* Full-time role: 5 days a week, 8:30am - 3:30pm
* It would be a long term placement, until the end of the academic year at least
* Less than a 16 minute walk from Surbiton station

The Role

This role is an opportunity for an eager and dedicated teacher who is looking be part of a friendly and community school atmosphere. Successful applicants will be expected to maintain the standards of education at the school, but the leadership do ensure staff have a good work/life balance.

Teachers would be expected to work 8:30am till 3:30pm, 5 days a week as a full-time role. Planning, marking students work and providing feedback would be expected alongside conducting lessons. Experience working with extra-curricular activities, SEN or languages is not necessary, but is always welcome.
