MLC Partners is working with a private organisation based in London looking to recruit an Administrative Officer. This will initially be a temporary contract, which will move to a permanent post for the right candidate.

The post holder will have a key role in helping with a range of administrative tasks, including:

* Responding and managing enquiries

* Assist with the administrative processes of renewals of their service

* To provide administrative support for the Team and when required to undertake administrative duties within other teams as necessary

* To maintain the department’s e-folder structure and document library, including digital content

* To respond to written and telephone enquiries

In order to be considered for this role, you must:

* Be a strong multitasker

* Be confident using excel, including sorting and filtering data

* Have a background in administrative support

* Be confident on the telephone

* Be able to use your initiative to resolve queries, but be self-aware to ask for help when required

This role would suit someone who would like to work in a small, close knit team and has a positive attitude to work, willing to get involved with a range of duties.
