People Development Coordinator Location: Garden Court, Coventry Salary: £20,124 - £22,360 per annum Full time, 36.25 hours per week, 12 months fixed term contract We have a fantastic opportunity for a People Development Coordinator to join our team based in Coventry. The role will support the People Development team, who are responsible for coordinating and delivering a range of key talent and engagement initiatives across Orbit. This role will help deliver those tasks. Based across the Midlands, the East and the South East, Orbit is already one of the UK's leading housing associations. We provide high quality, good value homes to over 100,000 customers across 42,000 homes. We are a big developer too, building 2,000 new homes every year. At the heart of this growth are our customers. We provide all sorts of homes for all sorts of people, and our approach empowers every one of them to grow and flourish. We make profit in order to invest into the communities we work for, playing a key role in driving UK housing growth. Some of the key activities will include; management of the e-learning system, preparing material for training sessions and corporate inductions, producing reports and managing queries that are brought to the team in an efficient and customer focussed way. We are looking for a strong administrator, who is confident and proactive, capable of thinking on their feet. You'll be comfortable working on IT systems, including Learning Management Systems and at a good level on all Microsoft Office systems. You'll also need to be a strong communicator, able to produce written communications that represent the team on an organisation-wide level. This role will be offered as a 12 month fixed term contract. Part of the role may also require travel across our network of offices so some flexibility will be necessary.
