At the heart of the social economy in Wales, the Wales Co-operative Centre is an organisation that is in the business of creating a better, fairer, more co-operative society.Since 1982, we have helped to strengthen and empower Welsh communities by supporting the growth of co-operatives and social enterprises, and by collaboratively delivering projects that provide skills and tackle exclusion.  Following recent growth, we invite applications from all sections of the community for the post of: Digital Communities Wales: Monitoring Officer.  The postholder will be responsible for independently and proactively monitoring and reporting on all aspects of programme delivery.  Below are the knowledge, skills and behaviours which our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate.If you feel that you could be the next member of our team, please tell us how you meet the criteria listed below within the supporting statement of your application form - application forms can be downloaded by clicking apply now Significant experience of managing, maintaining and reporting on high volumes of data within a CRM system (ideally MS Dynamics), and auditing data integrity / data gaps Highly competent in the use of MS Excel Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret key performance indicator data and use this to drive continuous operational improvement Ability to present complex data in a variety of formats, and adapt this for different audiences Well developed report writing skills with demonstrable experience in preparing progress reports for diverse audiences, including team members, project stakeholders and sponsors Proven experience of supporting a sizeable operational delivery team to ensure that monitoring and work flow requirements are met Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to confidently communicate with colleagues and senior government contacts NB - The ability to communicate fluently in Welsh is desirable but, not an essential requirement for this role. The role is being offered full-time (35 hours a week) and is fixed term fixed term from 1st July 2019 to 30th June 2022 with the possibility of extension to 30th June 2025. The role can be based at either of our Caerphilly, Swansea or Carmarthen offices. The starting salary is £31,727 per annum. Closing date is 10:00am on Friday 24th May 2019.
